Starlight was a temporary community art space in a storefront on Devon Avenue, open from September 14-October 29, 2022. Starlight was an extension of Aao Mil Baithen, a project of SpaceShift Collective.

Starlight was presented in partnership with the Race, Caste, and Colorism Project and supported by Northwestern University's Buffett Institute for Global Affairs. The Starlight artist workshop exhibition was an exploration of the history and future of Black and South Asian solidarity.

I developed an overall visual identity, logo, color palatte, and graphic elements as well as the Starlight website.

The 'starlight' name came from the jewelery store that formerly occupied the location. We wanted to imbue a sense of fun and whimsy in the space and in our design outputs..
